马云：阿里巴巴公司董事局主席兼首席执行官。1988年6月毕业于杭州师范学院外语系。1995年4月创办的“中国黄页”网站，是第一家网上中文商业信息站点，在国内最早形成面向企业服务的互联网商业模式。1997年年底，马云和他的团队在北京开发了外经贸部官方站点、网上中国商品交易市场等一系列国家级站点。1999年初，马云回到杭州以50万元人民币创业，开发阿里巴巴网站(www.alibaba.com)。2001年，为中国企业“入世”，更好地开拓国际市场的目标，阿里巴巴推出“中国供应商”服务，向全球推荐中国优秀的出口企业和商品，同时推出“阿里巴巴推荐采购商”服务，与国际采购集团沃尔玛、通用电气、Markant和Sobond等结盟，共同在网上进行跨国采购。同年，阿里巴巴联手全国工商联、国务院发展研究中心等部门共同发起倡议在中国设立“9·19”诚信日，并在全球率先推出企业级网上信用管理产品“诚信通”。2003年4月“非典”隔离期，在阿里巴巴当年创业的一所民居里，10多名特殊小组成员在马云的带领下紧急开发一个潜力巨大的个人网上交易平台。5月10日，淘宝诞生了，一直在B2B领域纵横驰骋的阿里巴巴宣布大举杀入C2C市场。2004年，eBay实现了对易趣的完全控制，新浪和雅虎合资组建一拍网正式挂牌。三足鼎立格局已定。2004年是阿里巴巴全球化的一年。2005阿里巴巴收购雅虎中国
